Questions people ask

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Nothing, from your side. I track the flight number you give me, so if you land three hours late I am there three hours later. There is no waiting fee.

Where exactly do we meet at Ngurah Rai?

Inside the arrivals hall, at the Flight Information Counter by the blue pole, holding a sign with your name. You do not have to walk out to the taxi queue or negotiate with anybody.

Is the price per person or per car?

Per car. Two people or five people, the price is the same, which is why a transfer is usually cheaper than an airport taxi once you are with more than two.

How do I pay?

Cash in rupiah or by QRIS, at the end of the ride. No deposit, no card details, no booking fee.

Do you have child seats?

Yes, on request, at no extra cost. Tell me the age of the child when you book so I bring the right one.

Can you pick us up at four in the morning?

Yes. Early departures and night landings are normal here, and the price does not change for it.

Can you drop us somewhere on the way?

Usually yes. A supermarket stop or a SIM card stop costs nothing. A longer detour is worth mentioning when you book so I can plan the time.
